Information Services has contracted with TechEd Solutions here in Lincoln to provide even more training opportunities to the campus at a reduced rate. Workshops
Student Workshops Student Technology Training conducts free software workshops. This program is supported, in part, by the Student Technology Fee, and the workshops are free of charge to any student enrolled in classes at UNL. Faculty/Staff Workshops Faculty/Staff training provides software training in such applications as Blackboard, Connect, Dreamweaver, Photoshop and the new UNL Web Page Templates. Space is limited and reservations are required. Some workshops require a small fee. Payment is due upon registration and may be made using a cost object number. We also welcome your personal check. Personal Response System (PRS) Resource Page InterWrite PRS is an Audience Response System—a comprehensive response system for electronically testing, polling, and surveying a group. To find out more, visit our PRS Resources page.
Blackboard Content Management System (CMS) Resource Page The Content Management System within Blackboard allows files and content objects to be used across multiple courses, organizations and modules without the need for duplication. CMS also allows users to automatically archive, track and access previous versions of their files.
